Mr Graham was last seen just before 00:10 BST on Stoke Road, between Lower Stoke and Hoo, Kent.

His family believe he walked off after suffering a head injury in a car crash with friends.

At the time, officers spent 10 days searching two miles of the Hoo Peninsula, using drones, sniffer dogs, a helicopter and the force’s search and marine unit.

Then in October the discovery of his wallet on farmland close to where he vanished prompted a fresh police search.
